Wool Mohair

DARUMA Wool Mohair is a worsted weight yarn made from a blend of luxurious mohair from Angora goats living in South Africa and Merino wool. The careful blend of wool and mohair results in a fabric that has a beautiful sheen and is not itchy on the skin. Our favorite thing about Wool Mohair? It doesn’t shed! 

Work up this yarn held solo on a US 8 (5.00mm) to US 9 (5.50mm) needle…or for a super quick, plush knit — hold Wool Mohair double on a US 10 (6.00mm) to US 11 (8.00mm) needle! We especially love holding one strand each of two contrasting colors for a gorgeous marled effect.
